A few notes about my recipes:
- Everything here is gluten and dairy free.
- I measure everything with a food scale because I have found that it is much more accurate, especially when dealing with the sometimes finicky gluten-free flours. I try to note approximate measurements also, but I HIGHLY recommend a food scale. They’re cheap.
- 99% of the ingredients I use can be found in a well-stocked grocery store. I try to avoid hard-to-find, expensive ingredients.
- These may not all be cookies, but they are all sweet treats!
